Delta Showcases Smart Factory Control Solutions and Power Supply Technology at Automation Expo 2022

Pattaya, Thailand, March 16-18, 2022 – Delta showcased efficient industrial power supplies together with smart manufacturing and smart factory solutions at Automation Expo 2022, Nong Nooch Pattaya International Convention And Exhibition Center (NICE). The highlighted power products at Delta booth were the newly launched ultra-slim, high efficiency DIN Rail Power Supply Force-GT Series with the 240 W and 120 W models to be the first 80 PLUS 115 V Industrial Platinum certified DIN rail power supplies in the world.

Automation Expo is the biggest automation technology showcase in Thailand’s industrialized Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) region. The 3-day exhibition allowed visitors the chance to explore Delta’s smart manufacturing solutions, cloud solutions, industrial robots, and various power supply technologies.

During the tradeshow, Delta presented the new FORCE-GT Series along with its broad range power supplies including:

• DIN Rail Power Supplies
- Force-GT Series (12 - 48 V output): the first 80 PLUS 115 V Industrial Platinum certified DIN rail power supply in the world with slim design (30~50% smaller than the previous generation) and high efficiency (up to 95%). It is applicable to semiconductor equipment, renewable energy, process automation and EV charging stations.
- LYTE II Series (12 - 48 V output) is designed with full functions for general industrial applications, such as robotic arms, control cabinets, woodworking machinery and CNC machines.
- CliQ M Series with the new UPS and battery modules as a set of uninterruptable system:
1. The DC-UPS modules offer output currents of 10 A, 20 A and 40 A, and a wide input voltage range from 18 - 30 Vdc.
2. The battery module is designed to support 2 x 12 V 7.2 AH lead-acid batteries for 24 V system as backup power.





• Panel Mount Power Supplies
- PMT2 Series (12 - 48 V output) has a low profile design and is suitable for building automation, machine automation, process automation, test & measurement, factory automation and household appliances.




• Power Supplies with Integrated DC-UPS functions
- PJU Series rated at 13.8 V / 3.5 A and 27.6 V / 1.4 A.
- PMU Series rated at 13.8 V / 9.5 A and 27.6 V / 4 A.
